These assessments have been designed for use in selection and development in the areas of leadership/management, career development, professional and personal growth, and sales and relationship management effectiveness. As you begin each assessment, you will be provided with instructions. Proceeding with the assessment process demonstrates that you understand the following:
- You are the individual who is intended to complete the assessment.
- You are participating in this assessment voluntarily.
- You understand the role of Human Capital Consulting and permit us to share our observations (whether oral or written) from this process with the company that requested your participation.
- You understand that the company which referred you to Human Capital Consulting makes all final employment-related decisions.
- You will not hold Human Capital Consulting liable for any decisions made by the client company arising from the assessment process or the information we provide them.
